My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were unclean and poorly maintained, and I encountered rude staff during my stay, which made the whole experience worse. I had to deal with a difficult situation regarding my boyfriend's ESA dog, which resulted in an embarrassing confrontation. Overall, this place did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
